Complete R&D Package
RD3 will help your company complete a research and development initiative from concept to market and beyond your tax credit refund. Under this package you, the client, will approach RD3 with a need or idea. RD3 will help your company through the process of determining feasibility, prototyping, outlining streamlined testing parameters and manufacturing setup. We will work with your internal experts until your new and or improved product or service is ready to market. RD3 will continue to work with your company to maximally benefit from several research and development tax incentives. Complete SR&ED Package
This package includes assistance in applying for and maximizing your company's research and development tax credit claim. This package is best deployed when a client has already completed a development initiative and is looking for opportunities to reclaim some of the costs associated with the risks that they have under taken. Key features include onsite visits by RD3 staff, tax form preparation, direct accountant communication and support for fielding any questions from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). RD3 will directly support and work with your company through any CRA reviews that may be necessary to further realize maximum benefit from the programs. We consider all of our clients to be related companies and will direct any leads we can towards you.
Lite SR&ED package
Under this package, experts from your company must prepare all documentation and tax forms for RD3. Our staff members will then audit and recommend changes as per our professional experiences. The client is solely responsible to work with their accountants and the CRA should an audit be required. Advantages to the client include minimal third party access to sensitive information, shortened turnaround times and minimal disruption to day-to-day business practices. Client benefits include drastically reduced costs, increased control over the process and increased financial privacy.
